Upload queue

Email messages and drag-and-dropped files are uploaded to SharePoint through a queue. SharePoint or the network may be temporarily unavailable, so the queue retries failed uploads. Configure the number of retries and the retry interval here.

503 Service Unavailable

Retries when SharePoint returns HTTP 503 Service Unavailable.

Number of retries

How many times an upload is retried. Default: 4.

Retry after (seconds)

The wait time before a retry. Default: 30 seconds.
