# Synchronize folders

Folder synchronization replicates the contents of a mailbox folder in Outlook to a destination in SharePoint. Subfolder items are uploaded in the background. For large folders it can take a while before all items are synchronized.

During the upload, the queue folder is located in %APPDATA%. Make sure there is enough disk space there.

Switches folder synchronization on or off. Default: on.

Where the list of synchronized folders of a user is stored. Options:

Registry (default): the current user part of the Windows registry (HKCU).
UserSettings: the User Settings list in SharePoint.

Add all sets this to UserSettings.

# Enable folder synchronization of iManage items

Includes iManage items in folder synchronization. Default: on.
