Extranet

Shows extranet matters that are connected to normal matters with a cloud icon. The icon indicates that content saved in that extranet location might be available to external users.

An extranet setup needs a specific design of the Matters list: the extranet has its own entry in the Matters list, and the matter it is connected to registers the ExtranetMatterCode in a separate column.

A matter with a connected extranet matter (cloud icon) in the DMSforLegal tree:

Name

The name used for the extranet, for example in the Send to Extranet context menu item. Default: Extranet.

Enable extranet context menuitems

Shows the extranet items, such as Send to Extranet, in the context menu. Default: off.

Enable extranet folder in the tree

Shows the extranet folder structure under a matter in the DMSforLegal tree. Default: off.
