Epona365 Office

Configures the connection to the self-hosted Epona365 Office service and the filing suggestions in the DMSforLegal client application.

Url

URL of the Epona365 Office service. Default: empty.

Filing suggestions

Filing suggestions show possible filing destinations in the DMSforLegal filing toolbar, sorted on probability.

From DMSforLegal 26.x, filing suggestions come from the self-hosted Epona365 Office Azure container service instead of the DMSforLegal365 hosted services, and the settings have changed. Older versions need setup tasks that gather and calculate matter filing destination predictions; see https://dmsforlegal365.epona.com/#/setup (opens new window) (requires the Microsoft 365 Global Administrator role).

Enable filing suggestions in DMSforLegal-Desktop

Enables or disables filing suggestions in the DMSforLegal filing toolbar. Default: off.

Client id

Client ID used for filing suggestions. Default: empty.

When the configuration contains a custom service URL for filing suggestions, the category shows the message: "The Epona365 url above is overridden. Filing suggestions are fetched from a custom url." The custom URL is not editable in this category.
