CCLaw

The CCLaw settings allow automatic charging of time spent on a matter, a file or an email from DMSforLegal in Outlook to the financial practice management system CCLaw. A Clip Consulting CCLaw web service must be available to send the time rules to. Additional configuration in DMSforLegal in Outlook is required.

Enable CCLaw time integration

Enables or disables the CCLaw time integration in DMSforLegal. Default: off.

Web service url

URL of the CCLaw web service.

Web service access code

Single shared bearer code for access to the web service, saved in the DMS Configuration. This does not allow MFA tokens.

Six minutes rounding

Rounding of the minimum time charge for emails to six-minute blocks. Options: Round (default), Ceiling, Floor.

"Sent Email" task code

CCLaw charge code used for sent emails, so the charge code does not have to be chosen manually per charge action.

Default VRC code

Default charge code used for other types of activities (called verrichtingen).
