# Advosys

Available for DMS Configuration Center 25.0.28.0 and DMSforLegal 25.3.1 and above. Request the REST API url, REST API subscription key and REST API tenant id from Advosys support. After changing these settings, enter the user-specific Advosys settings in DMSforLegal, Options, External tab.

Advosys settings

Example: Number of minutes 6, Billable checked, Activity id ADM, reminder Number of days 2. Advosys provides the exact connection details.

# Enable Advosys time registration

Enables Advosys time registration. Default: off.

# REST API url

URL of the Advosys REST API, provided by Advosys support.

# REST API subscription key

Subscription key of the Advosys REST API, provided by Advosys support. The value is stored encrypted.

# REST API tenant id

Tenant ID for the Advosys REST API, provided by Advosys support.

# Time defaults

# Number of minutes

Default number of minutes charged for a single filed email. Range 0–1000. Default: 0.

# Billable

Marks the charged time as billable. Default: on.

# Activity id

Default activity type when time is charged.

# Reminder defaults

# Number of days

Number of days before the activity to receive a reminder. Range 0–1000. Default: 0.

# Description

Default description in the reminder text.
