• Auto hide sidebar

When viewing the Document, Matter, or Client sections, the sidebar will automatically minimize, showing only the filtering options (refiners). This helps maximize the available space for viewing and accessing the refiners.

• Sidebar multiple open

Allows the user to expand more than one sidebar section at once. Unlike the default behavior, where opening a new section collapses the current one, this feature allows several sections to be open simultaneously for easier navigation.

• Enable Agent Features

Turns on advanced agent tools for improved workflow and automation. See the organization’s documentation for feature details.

• Debug logging

When enabled, this option records detailed technical logs. It is useful for troubleshooting issues, as support teams can use these logs to analyze and resolve problems more effectively.

• Enable Email (Web)

Allows email messages to be viewed within Outlook in the browser.

• Enable Email (Classic)

Allows email messages to be viewed within Outlook Classic.

• Show keyboard shortcuts

Opens a pop-up window displaying all available keyboard shortcuts

• Clear local cache

Removes locally stored cached data from the user’s browser or device, which can help resolve glitches and improve performance for a smoother experience.
