Requirements:
- DMS Config Center version 25.0.35.0
- DMSforLegal version 25.3.1
Step 1
Configure settings in DMS Config Center
- 1.1 Start DMS Config Center
- 1.2 Connect to SharePoint tenant
- 1.3 Go to Settings
- 1.4 Category "Advosys"
Step 2
Configure settings in Outlook DMSforLegal settings
- 2.1 Start Outlook Classic
- 2.2 Click on the "DMSforLegal" tab in the Ribbon
- 2.3 Click on the "settings" tab
- 2.4 Click on "external"
- 2.5 Enter the Settings
- 2.5.1 Advosys Employee initials (REQUIRED)
- 2.5.2 Advosys Status Email (OPTIONAL)
The "Advosys status Email" setting enabled wil sent an e-mail with the status after writing time.
