Create or modify Sharepoint Groups

• Owner
  Specify the name/username
• Members
  Specify one or more names/usernames
• RemoveMembersIfNotDefined
  If enabled remove the members that are not defined in the Members setting
• AlwaysUpdateMembers
  If enabled always add/remove the groupmembers, if false only the first time
• AllowMembersEditMembership
  Allow members to invite others to the site members group
